Ferndale Community Tenants Group CIC 

Here at the Ferndale Community Tenants Group Community Interest Company (FCTG CIC), we look to promote and protect the interests of the local residents living in the properties on the Ferndale Estate, Plymouth  and other Clarion Housing Association communities locally. We have a very successful Community Radio station based at our hub, which provides music & entertainment to Plymouth, the UK & the World 24/7.

In 2023 we transitioned to a Community Interest Company whilst retaining the community tenants group as an organisation.

The board of directors bring a wide range of relevant experience to the CIC.  Our business plan keeps the community radio station at it's heart and aims to restart the wider community based activities that have been shelved since the pandemic.
